April 12 meeting notes


Notes from Friday, April 12 Banquet/Registration Info. Meeting

*SUMMER REGISTRATION is open.  Registration on-line is now available.  REGISTER.
*All current members must register for summer before April 19 to avoid a $10 late fee.  1st $50 of registration and $35/meet due April 26.  Balance due June 1.  A statement will be sent once registered. 

*Meet On-line meet registration is up and running.  Please register for summer meets ASAP.  It is recommended you do not wait for meet information before signing up.  Families will likely receive an email with meet details only 24 hours before deadline is set.   Many summer meets have already closed meeting their maximum numbers.   We do not want our athletes to miss out on competition opportunities.  MEET SIGN UP!

Note: Blast hotel and camping information has been added to meet info.  Rooms and plots are filling up quickly.

*If you haven’t contacted the Pella City Council regarding the proposed indoor pool closure this winter please take the time to SIGN THE PETITION and CONTACT THE COUNCILMEN.  We encourage you to attend the next two council meetings scheduled for April 16 and May 7.  A timeline decision will likely be made at the May 7th Council meeting. 

*4th, 5th & 6th Grade SPLASH BASH ** Friday, April 26 6:30-8:30 ** All families are encouraged to help and participate **  Those helping and participating will receive service dollars to be used toward summer registration.  (USA team members do not pay to attend).  New families are welcome to volunteer and help.  VOLUNTEER TODAY.
